You can eat this at home with the family or prepare this when you have friends over.  Top it over salmon, steak, or chicken breast.  You can also put it on a tortilla or eat it as a dip – whatever you decide, this recipe is sure to hit the spot! Grilled Spicy Shrimp Guacamole

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Prep veggies & herbs - set to the side
  2. Slice Avocados in halves, remove the pit and skin; add to a medium-sized bowl and mash
  3. In a separate small container, add and mix seasonings
  4. Rinse Shrimp in cold water, place in a bowl
  5. Combine seasoning mixture to Shrimp and toss until well covered
  6. Coat Grill Pan with Olive Oil and heat pan on medium-high heat
  7. Once Olive Oil is hot, add shrimp; sear on each side for 2-3 minutes
  8. Remove Shrimp - set to the side to cool
  9. Fold veggies & herbs into mashed avocados, save a little of each for topping
  10. Squeeze Lemon & Lime juice on mashed avocados and add Salt and Pepper to taste; don't forget to mix
  11. Chop Shrimp in medium pieces; fold into Guac
  12. Top with extra toppings

Notes
