Super Easy & Yummy Korean BBQ Quesadillas

https://youtu.be/9kXcfnzAsRw   What's the best quesadilla you've ever had?  You got it right, it will be this one.  This Korean BBQ Quesadilla is everything you never knew you needed; sweet, tangy, with a little bit of spice.  A large flour tortilla shell is loaded with saucy Korean BBQ meat, red cabbage, carrots, red onions, lots of Mozzarella Cheese and seared in butter and leftover brown bits.  Lord Jesus, it's so yummy! Ingredients
  • 1 pound Chuck Steak Meat (Thinly Slice)
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Carrots (Shredded)
  • 1/4 Red Onion (Thinly Sliced)
  • 4 Large Flour Tortilla
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shreeded)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 + 1 tbsp cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions (Minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil ((Do Not Skip This Step))
  • 2 tablespoons Minced or Fresh Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 Lime (Fresh Lime Juice)
Instructions
  1. Prep Ingredients
  2. Add thinly sliced chuck meant to a medium-sized bowl
  3. Mix Korean BBQ Sauce ingredients together in a small bowl
  4. Pour Korean BBQ Sauce over uncooked chuck meat and mix well; let mariante for 30minutes to 1 hour
  5. Cook chuck meat on medium heat in a large skillet until most of the liquid has evaporated, stirring occassionally ( about 7-10 minutes)
  6. Spoon out cooked meat into a bowl
  7. In the same skillet, melt 1/2 tbsp of butter in the leftover brown bits
  8. Coat 1 large flour tortilla in melted butter on both sides, and then lay flat on one side in skillet
  9. Add cheese, steak, cabbage, carrots, red onions, and more cheese to half of the tortilla shell
  10. Fold the tortilla in half and flip over to sear on other side until browned
  11. Repeat steps 7-10 until all quesadillas are cooked
  12. Enjoy
