Salmon Sliders w/ Garlic Aioli Sauce

Scrumptious Salmon Sliders w/Garlic Aioli Sauce.  The Salmon is oven-baked to perfection and seasoned well.  Load salmon, bacon, tomatoes, and homemade Garlic Aioli sauce on a soft and sweet Brioche Mini Slider Bun.  Goodness comes in mini packages y'all because these mini sliders are FREAKING amazing!

Ingredients
    Salmon
  • 12 pkg Brioche mini Slider Buns
  • 1 pound Salmon
  • 5 Slices Bacon (Optional)
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Peppercorn Medley or Black pepper ⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/2 teaspoon 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Medium Red Tomato
  • 1 Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 5 Slices Swizz Cheese
  • Garlic Aioli
  • 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
  • Salt & Pepper (to tatse)
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon, and tear in halves (optional) ⠀
  2. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  3. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, drizzle with oil
  4. Mix seasonings in a bowl
  5. Slice tomato, red onions, and spinach
  6. Cut Swiss cheese slices into 4 squares
  7. Salmon
  8. Make sure Salmon is at room temp and pat dry⠀
  9. Brush olive oil on both sides of Salmon
  10. Use half seasoning mix and season back side of salmon first
  11. Lay the back side of salmon on baking sheet⠀
  12. Add remaining seasoning mix to the front side of salmon, cover entirely
  13. Pop into oven for 15-20 minutes; depending on thickness ⠀
  14. Garlic Aioli Sauce
  15. Add all ingredients together; mix well⠀

  17. Once Salmon is done baking, let cool for 2-3mins and chop into chunks
  18. Load buns with two cheese squares, salmon, bacon (optional), tomato, red onion, spinach & top with Garlic Aioli sauce
