Salmon Sliders w/ Garlic Aioli Sauce

Scrumptious Salmon Sliders w/Garlic Aioli Sauce.  The Salmon is oven-baked to perfection and seasoned well.  Load salmon, bacon, tomatoes, and homemade Garlic Aioli sauce on a soft and sweet Brioche Mini Slider Bun.  Goodness comes in mini packages y’all because these mini sliders are FREAKING amazing!

Salmon Sliders w/ Garlic Aioli Sauce

Ingredients

Salmon

Garlic Aioli

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, and tear in halves (optional) ⠀
  2. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  3. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, drizzle with oil
  4. Mix seasonings in a bowl
  5. Slice tomato, red onions, and spinach
  6. Cut Swiss cheese slices into 4 squares

Salmon

  1. Make sure Salmon is at room temp and pat dry⠀
  2. Brush olive oil on both sides of Salmon
  3. Use half seasoning mix and season back side of salmon first
  4. Lay the back side of salmon on baking sheet⠀
  5. Add remaining seasoning mix to the front side of salmon, cover entirely
  6. Pop into oven for 15-20 minutes; depending on thickness ⠀

Garlic Aioli Sauce

  1. Add all ingredients together; mix well⠀

Sliders

  1. Once Salmon is done baking, let cool for 2-3mins and chop into chunks
  2. Load buns with two cheese squares, salmon, bacon (optional), tomato, red onion, spinach & top with Garlic Aioli sauce
