Scrumptious Salmon Sliders w/Garlic Aioli Sauce. The Salmon is oven-baked to perfection and seasoned well. Load salmon, bacon, tomatoes, and homemade Garlic Aioli sauce on a soft and sweet Brioche Mini Slider Bun. Goodness comes in mini packages y’all because these mini sliders are FREAKING amazing!
Salmon Sliders w/ Garlic Aioli Sauce
Ingredients
Salmon
Garlic Aioli
Instructions

Cook bacon, and tear in halves (optional) ⠀

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, drizzle with oil

Mix seasonings in a bowl

Slice tomato, red onions, and spinach

Cut Swiss cheese slices into 4 squares
Salmon

Make sure Salmon is at room temp and pat dry⠀

Brush olive oil on both sides of Salmon

Use half seasoning mix and season back side of salmon first

Lay the back side of salmon on baking sheet⠀

Add remaining seasoning mix to the front side of salmon, cover entirely
-
Pop into oven for 15-20 minutes; depending on thickness ⠀
Garlic Aioli Sauce

Add all ingredients together; mix well⠀

Once Salmon is done baking, let cool for 2-3mins and chop into chunks

Load buns with two cheese squares, salmon, bacon (optional), tomato, red onion, spinach & top with Garlic Aioli sauce
We have had this on a monthly rotation in house!! The sauce + bacon this a standard salmon burger to the next level!
