Salmon Hash with Spicy Garlic Aioli

I’ll tell you what, this Salmon Hash with the spicy aioli sauce is the shizniz! My mom actually suggested that I create this recipe; my family always gives me the best ideas. This is another fun ways to switch it up for breakfast or brunch and is a meal the whole family will love.

How to make Salmon Hash? This recipe is super simple. You can use canned or fresh salmon, you honestly can’t go wrong either way. Then, go ahead add some garlic, onions, red potatoes, drizzle with the Spicy Garlic Aioli sauce, and it’s basically done. In the recipe card below, I give you a list of the seasonings I use, you can use my instructions, or season it to your liking – whatever is best for you.

Technique

Cook Salmon first, remove from skillet, then cook your potatoes. Once your potatoes are slightly browned and soft, add the salmon back into the mixture, turn the heat off, and let sit for about 2 minutes. Again, super simple, and easy!

  1. This may become my shizniz too! I’m thawing the last salmon steak I have to make this recipe, since we don’t have enough for everyone in the house. I can’t wait to taste it.
