How to Make Yummy Chicken Taquitos

Line plate or baking pan with paper towels; set to the side

Boil chicken thighs in broth in a medium pot over medium-high heat; season with salt and pepper.

Cover with lid and reduce heat to medium and cook for 10-15 minutes

Remove chicken from pot into bowl; add a little broth, and let rest for 5 minute

Shred chicken with two forks

Add Chili Powder seasoning, Adobo seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, lime juice, whipping cream, tomato sauce (optional), and shredded cheese; mix well and shred chicken more

Wrap tortilla shells in a damp paper towel and warm shells in microwave for 30 seconds; a few at a time

Heat 2 inches of Canola Oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat; until oil sizzles

While oil is heating, Prep Taquitos

On a flat surface, add a tbsp of shredded chicken to the edge of tortilla shell; press together until shredded chicken is in 1 thin line

Take the end of the shell the chicken is closest to and begin to roll chicken inside of shell; add toothpick to hold shell together and use tongs to put it in the hot oil

Start rolling the 2nd Taquito, add to oil, and flip the 1st taquito over to the other side
