Easy Crock-Pot Collard Greens w/ Video Tutorial

https://youtu.be/HKIKfHwd_RY   Soulfood is one of my favorite cuisines, and eating collard greens is always a win for the family and me.  I love this recipe because the collard greens are slow-cooked in the crock-pot.  Just set it and forget it, and you can eat on this for a few days.  Did somebody say "Leftovers"! As the main cook in the house, I love it when I can take a day off from cooking and eat yummy leftovers.  If you make this recipe, please leave a comment. Remove steam from collards. I’m using a 7 qt Crock-Pot for this recipe. Pack greens into Crock-Pot as well as you can. Cover with lid to smash down.  Greens will shrink during the cooking process.
