Ingredients
The recipe for this Bruschetta Salad is so simple and the ingredients are easy to find. I purchased all the ingredients from my
local grocery store . I'm 100% sure you can find everything you need at your local grocery store as well.
Spinach & Kale - use both to get a hearty earthy flavor. The Kale provides a great crunchy texture and the Spinach is a little sweet and nutty. Both also boost your vegetable intake as well.
Cherry Tomatoes - I love using these because it adds a hint of a natural sweet flavor to the salad. The tomatoes partner well with the Balsamic dressing
Red Onions - The red onion brings a nice contrast with its sharp flavor.
Fresh Basil - What's Bruschetta without basil. You absolutely need basil in this salad. Please do not substitute.
Balsalmic Dressing - Dressing includes minced/fresh garlic, fresh lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Salt, and Pepper.
Tips
Bruschetta Salad pairs well with Parmesan seasoned bread chips or croutons. Feel free to add the meat of your choice if you want! For other salad options try the
